Weekly Blogdate

The weather has been a mix of warm and cold but we've found lots of time to get outside.  It's officially golf season and 2 boys in this family are very happy about it.

Daddy is beyond excited to help the kids golf.

He's in his glory on the golf course.
Rain boots are the new golf shoes.

 Mackston even hit the greens

Brecken gets some practice in at home.
He told me he needed a golf glove and this is what I find him wearing...a garden glove.
Brecken's other favorite summer activity is lawn mowing.

Chesney is so proud of her mini-me brother.

Silly boy in little brother's walker.
We spent an afternoon out at Grandpa and Grandma's new place helping cut trees down.
We had a picnic on the lawn which got messy quick.

Root beer float treats to end a hard day of work.
Lots of play time with neighbor kids.
The neighbors put in an in-ground trampoline this year and our kids are loving it.

Busy days equal falling asleep in the car, sometimes with a golf club in hand.

Brecken picked out a killer outfit one day. This is a fleece shirt he had for winter combined with a pair of pajama pants.
Park fun.  And boys can't just sit on swings (that would be too boring).

Do you think this guy could be a Brewers fan?!?
He was proud of his new bat and ball.
Someone thinks he's a big helper.
We took the walker outside for this guy to cruise around.

Trying out the new rain gear.

Last weekend I got new roller blades so we went on a long trip to Grandpa and Grandma's house.  Chesney and Daddy rode their bikes, Brecken and Ellie rode in the bike trailer and I pushed Mackston in the stroller on my new roller blades.

This handsome man is my rock.
And I just love this family of ours.

Brecken and Chesney got icees and Sam's Club and Mackston was very interested in what they were drinking.
Warmer weather means we can play in the water and wash the car.
The car wash turned into a water fight.

Mackston loved watching the water fight and car washing.

Mackston learned a new trick, how to open the patio door.
Which comes in handy when you are trying to get to the dog's food dish.
Whew, that's a lot of catching up.
