Baby #3 Bumpdate {26 Weeks}

This pregnancy has really went quickly and at times I forget I'm pregnant because I'm busy with the other parts of life.  I should probably start working on some stuff for this baby as he has no car seat, nursery or name.  Although I will say I have thought about all of those things a ton (we just can't make a decision).
My little princess wanted to be part of the weekly picture.
26 Weeks Pregnant
  • How far along: 26 weeks
  • Size of baby: measures over 14 inches— about the size of head of lettuce and weighs over 1.5 pounds.
  • Maternity Clothes: Mainly maternity pants and dresses.  To work it is all dresses at this point.
  • Gender: Boy
  • Sleep: Sleeping really well.
  • Cravings: Meat, beef in general, salty food, homemade granola bars, fruit
  • Anything making you queasy or sick? I still can't handle strong smells. Most soaps and lotions are nauseating. Old Spice and Tide are the worst smells.
  • Best moment this week: Spending lots of time with Chesney and Brecken. We are happy to have a healthy house again. Picking out Chesney's bedding.
  • What I miss most: Wearing my work dresses. I really feel great overall though.
  • Symptoms: Sensitivity to smell
  • What I'm looking forward to: Now that we have Chesney's bedding, we can pick a color for her walls and then work on baby's room.
  • Movement: He moves all the time, especially in the late evenings.

Baby #3 Bumpdate {25 Weeks}

I missed last weeks bumpdate as we had the stomach flu at our house.  It sucked big time, especially when my 2 year old got it.  It's pretty hard watching someone so small and helpless spewing their guts.  But alas, we are healthy again.

I had an OB appointment this week and baby's heart sounded great, but I'm measuring at 22 weeks instead of 25. This is nothing new and happened with the other 2 kiddos.  I'll have another ultrasound if I continue to measure behind.
25 Weeks Pregnant
  • How far along: 25 weeks
  • Size of baby: measures over 13.5 inches— about the size of a rutabaga and weighs about 1.5 pounds.
  • Maternity Clothes: I wear my one pair of regular jeans that fit, occasionally leggings and pulled out the ole maternity clothes this week.
  • Best moment this week: Getting over the stomach bug and back to normal.
  • What I miss most: Wearing my work dresses.
  • Symptoms: Sensitivity to smell
  • What I'm looking forward to: Finally choosing the colors for Chesney's room and the nursery.
  • Movement: He moves all the time, especially in the late evenings.

Wisconsin Dells Trip

We took a weekend trip to the Dells over the weekend with the entire Schneider side of the family.  We stayed in a giant room at the Wilderness Hotel.  The weekend started out as lots of fun and swimming but ended with the stomach bug for myself and Brecken.

The kids did get to come home to their Valentine's Baskets and did have a great time swimming.

Painting

Our little artists made some masterpieces last weekend on some grocery bags.  Brecken was just happy to get messy in paint.

 That is one happy boy!

Chesney decided piece of art was enough, so she painted 5 bags.

 Brecken's finished masterpiece.
 Some of Chesney's art.

Sunny Snow Fun

Last weekend we had a heat wave, so we all spent the afternoon out in the snow again.
It was pretty sunny so Chesney needed sunglasses.
Brecken was hard at work hauling snow in buckets.
Meanwhile, Chesney was making hand prints and helping build a castle.

 Then they did some sledding.

It was so much fun to play in the snow and more fun to play in the sun and snow.

A Helper and a Valentine Maker

Chuck decided to install some shelves in the coat closet and a little someone was so excited to play with the tools.  And he had to have his ear muffs on too.

I think this little guy is going to be lots of "help" for years to come.
While the boys worked in the closet, Chesney and I worked on making her Valentines. She was so excited to write these out for everyone.

Chesney's Valentine

Each child in Chesney's class made one Valentine yesterday which they were able to address to one person.  This is who Chesney made hers for...

She has such a tender heart and seriously melts me.

100th Day of School

Friday Chesney celebrated her 100th day of school. That girl has more fun days at school then I ever remember.  They got to use dot stickers to make a 100 sign, did 100 jumping jacks,
 and ate a special snack...
 Banana and muffin 100's.
Next week they celebrate Valentine's Day, so they have more fun in store!
