Chesney's 10th Birthday

We celebrated Chesney's 10th birthday today. Her birthday was very unique this year as it was at the start of Safer At Home due to Covid19.  This means we couldn't go anywhere special.  No birthday dinner and no family to come over to celebrate.
Of course we started the day with birthday pancakes.

Chesney has been asking for a dance bag since the beginning of the season. She was so surprised to get one for her birthday.

For dinner we had ice cream cake. If you look closely, there is a large slice out of the cake.  We cut that piece out to give to Grandpa and Grandma before we sang and blew out candles because we didn't want to expose them to anything (again Covid19 crisis).

Chesney got some new jump ropes in the mail from Grampy and Grammy and was excited to use them with the neighbor kids.

After dinner, we drove out To Grandpa and Grandma's house for Chesney to open her gifts from a safe distance.

Although this birthday was not how Chesney had pictured it, it sure will be one to remember!
