Mackston {4 Weeks Old}

Our little guy is growing like a weed. I can hardly believe how fast the time is going. He is such a lovable little bundle!

You like to sleep for a period of time during the day (2-4 hours) and then stay awake for about the same amount of time.  You still wake up once at night and go right back to sleep. Happy 4 weeks little buddy!

Ellie

Our new puppy Ellie came to live with us on June 19.  Daddy and Grandpa went to pick the puppy up in Iowa. The kids were so excited and asked a milllion times when she was going to arrive.

She is such a fluffy little lady.

Ellie seemed to love the kids instantly.

She even got to play in the tub with the kids.

And she loves hanging out by the pool.

Welcome to this crazy family Ellie!

Summer Vacay Week 3

Week 3 we did our typical park and swimming but had a few new exciting things as well.

Monday was rainy so we went to the gym where Chesney does a tumbling class.  They had open gym where both kids could play.  They loved burning some energy there.

I mentioned in the last post that Chesney loves using the camera.  She had to bring it to the golf course this week to snap some photos.
Mackston took his first of many trips to the golf course.
Brecken has to carry his clubs at the course, but the bag is as big as he is.
Chesney showing Daddy some of the photos she took.
And the other highlight at the golf course, washing the golf balls.
This guy hit a big milestone this week...he wears underwear which he calls "undie".  He was a super easy guy to potty train (this shocked me).  We put him in underwear and poof, he use the potty all the time.  He prefers to pee outside however which he thinks is a game.  He will  usually run outside to pee even if we are inside.  I prefer that he pees outside as I don't have to clean the bathroom...winning!
And the big highlight of the week was that we got a puppy.  Ellie came to join our family on Friday, June 19.  She is a goldendoodle puppy and is full of energy!  She loves chasing the kids and they love chasing her.
And we spent father's day at home relaxing.   The kid's swam with Daddy and we relaxed outside for the majority of the day.

Chesney & Brecken love to jump into the pool now and spent a good hour doing that.  They were tired and so were Daddy's arms.
These 3 have a very special Daddy.  When Chesney saw this picture she said "Isn't Daddy the best!?!"  He really is!
Our house is going to be a lot busier next week with a puppy in the mix, so bring on the chaos.
