Banana Ice Cream

Last weekend we made a special little treat, and one that was quite healthy I might add. Banana Ice Cream!  Chesney told us that she had to make it because she's a great cook.
And that Daddy had to help because he's a great cook too.

Chesney did such a great job chopping the bananas.
So, this stuff is so easy that Chesney could make it on her own (if it didn't require a knife). Chesney's version of how to make banana ice cream: Chop up bananas, put them in the freezer, take a nap, take bananas out of the freezer and throw them in the blender.
You can add peanut butter, chocolate, berries or anything else you can think of.  The bananas turn to a soft serve ice cream consistency when blended.  The taste was very, well, banana-y.  So, we added some chocolate syrup.  It turned out to be an excellent snack.

And the head chef loved it!
