Brecken {34 Weeks Old}

Oh Mr. Brecken, you are such a little love bug.  You love to snuggle...when you want to and you love to be busy.  You are going to keep us on our toes.  I think this is in part due to the fact that you crawled and pulled yourself to a stand so early.  But we wouldn't have it any other way (except for maybe Chesney, she would prefer you couldn't get to her toys so easily).  

 Since you are on a roll with something new every week lately, today, your first tooth started poking through (your left lower central incisor).

  Chesney is such a big help with her brother, and she loves him so much.

Your first tooth came through today, your left lower central incisor.  The right one doesn't look to be far behind either.

Football

It's that time of year again, football season.  I love football, relaxing Sunday afternoons and good food.  Today was Brecken's 1st Green Bay Packer football game.  He didn't even notice the tv was on.  But he had a lot of fun playing.

 This girl was thrilled about desert, chocolate lasagna.

 And these boys were most excited about football.  They may not have even realized there were 2 crazy kids running around.

Pool Fun with Daddy

Chesney spent a lot of time in the pool last weekend as we are in a late summer heat wave.  She loves playing in the pool with her Daddy, and he loves it just as much or more.

Fall Decorating

Fall decorating is in full swing in this house!  The beginning of September is our cue to bring out the Halloween decorations.  Last weekend, Daddy went golfing, so the kiddos helped me decorate.  One was the decorator and one was the un-decorator.  I'll let you decide who was who.

 

 Chesney is so excited for the holidays this year.  We are doing everything we can to enjoy every minute of the holiday season.

Brecken {33 Weeks Old}

Brecken  seems to be learning new stuff every week now.  This week, he started waving.  I'll try to catch it on video sometime because I think it's pretty cute.  He does a squeal sound for hi while waving with the biggest smile I've ever seen.

 You also had your first (and hopefully only) surgery.  You did amazingly well.  You did get a fever on Tuesday afternoon, but Chesney had a 24 hour fever the day after your surgery, so we are assuming it was a viral bug. 

 And yes, that's a bruise on his cheek.  He likes to climb on the chairs under the table. He was standing and holding onto the bottom wood piece on the chair when he fell and bumped his face.  Boys are SO different than girls, never a dull moment. Love my little 33 week old blue eyed boy.
