Dupree Dance Competition

Chesney had her first ever dance competition this weekend with 2 days of dance classes following.  It was a busy, busy, busy weekend but also lots of fun!

 Loaded up and ready to cheer on Chesney.  We had to meet Daddy in downtown Chicago as he was worked at the downtown office for the day.

 Her dance team was all ready to shake it.

 Their dance scored a platinum which is the 2nd highest score. 

 

 Day 2 was dance classes and cheering on the older kids on her team who still had to compete.

 She had a variety of classes over the weekend including hip hop, ballet, jazz, musical theater.

 We found some time to hit the pool.

 Day 3 was more classes and then and afternoon of hanging with the team until the closing ceremony.

 

 Chesney's fan club followed her every move for the weekend and were so good.

We are so proud of Chesney and all the hard work she has put into dancing this year.

 Crew was doing some school work with Mackston.

  Crew really wanted to go outside one day.  But I think he's missing a few pieces of his outfit.

 Mackston wanted to have a lunch like the big kids, so I packed him a lunch box at home one day.  He thought it was the best thing.

 

 

 

Daddy's 37th Birthday

We celebrated Daddy's 37th birthday. We made Daddy a Fruity Pebbles cake because he is loves Fruity Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles bars. 

 Crew was patiently waiting for the cake.
