Remi and Dash

On July 11 we picked up two new little kitties for our family. The kids had no idea we were getting the kitties which made the surprise even more fun.  They opened their July Gifts of Togetherness card from Christmas that said "Grab a blanket and jump in the car. We are headed for fun!"

The entire way they guessed we were headed to the cottage. But when we made a stop and came back to the car with these 2 sweeties, they were so excited!

Mackston's 5th Birthday

Mackston is five years old. He loves egg sandwiches, so he opted for one of those on his birthday morning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Grampy and Grammy came to visit for Mackston's birthday. It was such a fun way to spend his birthday.

Last Day of School 2020

We finished out the school year virtually, but we still did some end of the year photos.

Chesney finished 4th grade.

 

Brecken finished 1st grade.

 

 

Mackston finished pre-K.

 

Mackston {Pumpkin Patch Field Trip}

Mackston had his first field trip which was to the pumpkin patch.  And I got to go along for the fun.

 He sat with his 7th grade buddy on the bus.

 

 Donut and juice snack was a big hit.

 

 He picked a pumpkin to bring home and then got to play on the playground.

 

 So much fun at the pumpkin patch with Mackston and his class.

Mackston's 4th Birthday

 His birthday was a whirlwind of a day.  I had a field trip with Brecken all day so he hung out with Grandpa and Grandma. He had cupcakes with them, and they made lunch extra special for him.

  We celebrated with pizza and cake after school because Chesney had to be at dance rehearsals from 5 to 9 pm. But I think he had fun celebrating his day.

 
Mackston asked for a marshmallow cake for his birthday, so I made him a chocolate cake with marshmallow cream in the middle and marshmallow frosting.

 

Over the weekend Grampy and Grammy came with gifts for Mackston and we celebrated his birthday again. He was pretty excited about his new Nerf bow. We had an oreo cake to celebrate.
