Today is St. Nicholas Day and although we have never celebrated this day before, this year we thought it would be a fun tradition to start. Chesney loves things like this, and today was no different. After explaining St. Nick's Day to her yesterday, we told her she needed to put one of her shoes outside her door before bed. She picked a princess shoe, shocking I know.
She woke up in the middle of the night to go potty and through the sleepiness asked me, before she went back to sleep, when St. Nick would come. She was thrilled to find a shoe full of treats in the morning.
