Crew {14 Months Old}

Crew is 14 months old.  He is walking all over the place and jibber jabbering non-stop.

Here is what you have been up to over the past month...

Helping at t-ball.

Playing in a very small pool.


"Playing" golf.


Getting your first haircut (May 20, 2018).

Going on field trips with your big brother.

Having fun at the park.

Going for ice cream.

Working at Grandpa and Grandma's house.

More ice cream.

And more park fun!

• Weight: 21 lbs
• Length: 30 inches
• Clothes: You are wearing size 12-18 month clothes and 12 month sleepers.
• Shoes: You wear size 4 shoes
• Diapers: You wear a mix of cloth and paper diapers.
• Food: Mommy milk and water. You are a great eater.  You will eat most foods but if you don't like something you take it out of your mouth and throw it.
• Development: You walk all over the place
• Words: You say dada, hot, mama, hi. You hum along when we sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
• Teeth: You have 12 teeth
• Sleep:  You sleep through the night and take a short morning and a longer afternoon nap.
• What I love about you: You love to smile and giggle. I just love how you point at everything and start jabbering like you are in a conversation.

Crew {12th Tooth}

Crew's right lower first molar is coming through.  This is his 12th tooth.

Summer Lovin

I am soooooooo happy to have my kids home for summer.

 

 Summer is hanging out with the neighbor kids.

 T-ball games for Brecken.

 

 

 And tons of trips to the park.

 

 

 

 

 

And cleaning up endless spills of cereal and dog food.

Summer life is the good life!

Last Day of School

June 1st was the kid's last day of school.  

 

 

 

 

And it was a party kind of day at that.  They started with a prayer service and slide show and then headed to the park near their school for a lot of fun (and popsicles)!

 Chesney and her two besties, Hannah and Kendall.

 

 All of the families are invited to the park to play along with the kids.  The little boys had fun playing with classmates and friends of Chesney and Brecken.

 Brecken gave his teacher a basket of ice cream bowls and toppings to enjoy this summer, and she thought it was just wonderful. His teacher has done wonderful things with him this year including showing him how to love school and learning.  She has been an amazing gift to our family and our little Brecken.

 

 

 Chesney ended up having a substitute teacher to end out the last couple weeks of school.  She actually substituted throughout the school for the year and her children go to our school.  Mrs. P is such a sweet lady and both of the kids just love to have her as a substitute.

 After school we had a few kids over for a pool party. It was endless laughter and joy. I had fun just watching these kids play together.

Memorial Weekend

We had  such a fun weekend.  The weather was hot and we had great company.  Grammy and Grampy came for the weekend, and they brought a ton of fun and a bounce house along.

They also got a fishing pole for Mackston for his birthday, so they decided to get the kid's poles ready and go fishing.

 

 

 

 It was quite the fishing trip.  They caught Grampy twice, Grammy once and Mackston caught himself once.  No fish were caught, but they didn't care.

 

 The remainder of the weekend was spent swimming and jumping in the bounce house.

 

 

 

 

 

 And we did make a quick trip for ice cream.
