Crew {31 Weeks Old}

Crew spent week 31 on his first vacation, in Disney. He is such an easy baby to vacation with!

Crew {7 Months Old}

Crew is 7 months old.

Here is what you have been up to over the past month...

A trip to the cottage.

Hanging out with your sister.

Loving on the puppy.

You tried your first food, chicken, on October 22.

And you tried some avocado a short time later.  You didn't love either.

Celebrated your first Halloween.

Your 7month stats:

• Weight:  about 16 lbs 
• Length: 26.75 inches 
• Clothes: You are wearing size 6-9 month clothes for the most part and 9 month sleepers.
• Shoes: You wear size 3-6 month shoes
• Diapers: You wear cloth diapers day and night. 
• Food: Just mommy milk. We did try
• Development: You can easily get up onto your knees now and rock back and forth.  You make small movements by falling forward. You can also roll to nearly anywhere you need to go.
• Sleep:  You are not a fan of sleeping through the night yet.  You get up 1-3 times at night for a quick snack and then go back to sleep. You usually take a good morning or afternoon nap with a shorter nap at the opposite time of day.
• What I love about you: You love seeing your family and have the biggest smiles.  You love to be cuddled and held.

This and That

This house has been a lot of crazy lately, mainly because of some crazy little boys.

 Mackston hangs out with his mom too much, clearly!

 We took a trip to the cottage a few weeks ago.  The kids had lots of fun playing while Daddy and Grandpa did some basement work.

 

 Their favorite thing was the nerf guns. This was a whole weekend of fun for the boys.

 Back home they sat for a story.

 Bouncing keeps this little guy happy.

Crew sure loves his big sister.

 

 And he loves his puppy too!

 

Crew {30 Weeks Old}

Someone is getting ready to crawl.  At 30 weeks he can easily get up on his knees and rocks back and forth.  He hasn't quite figured out how to move forward yet (aside from falling forward), but he's probably not to far from figuring it out.

Party Girl

Chesney has been a party animal lately.  She has been to 3 birthday parties in the past week.  The parties started just before Halloween with a Halloween themed birthday party. She had such a good time with all the games and festivities.

 Her second birthday party was a sleepover with a group of close girlfriends.  This was her second sleepover with these girls. It has been so much fun to watch them grow together.

 

 

 

 The last party was Sunday and was a birthday bowling bash. 

We are so blessed that Chesney has such nice friends.

Happy Halloween

We had one of the best years yet celebrating Halloween.  Pumpkin carving was done on Halloween Eve with a Mike Wazowski pumpkin.

 We started the morning with Jack-o-lantern pancakes.

 

 After school and just waiting for Trick or Treating to start.

 Trial run for the costumes.

 Festive Boo-ty!

 We had pizza for dinner with treats from Grandpa and Grandma.

 

 

 And then it was show time! 

 

 Oh these kiddos just melt my heart.

 

 We hit the neighborhood to grab some treats before coming home to hand out goodies.

 

 

 

 The picture below pretty much sums up Mackston's trick or treating experience.  He ran and smiled the ENTIRE time.
