Cottage Vacation

We spent 4th of July week at the cottage for our annual summer vacation.

 Mackston was learning to drive the boat.

 Daddy took Brecken and Mackston out fishing. They were so excited to ride on the "speed boat" and go fishing with Daddy.  Brecken was equally excited that he got to take a can of soda along to drink. And he had a little visitor land on his hat.

And then everyone wanted a ride on the "speed boat".  So Daddy took the kids for a ride.

 

There was a lot of swimming during the week, and Brecken and Chesney learned to water ski.

 Plenty of time was spent making hot dogs and smores around the fire. 

 

On the 4th we had some festive kids who had loads of fun.

 

 

They got some festive sunglasses and did some sparkles.  

Grandpa let off a few fireworks that night.  Crew was in bed for the night but didn't wake up with the fireworks outside his window.  But we found him like this in his crib when we went inside.

Crew kept himself busy by playing on the ATV and eating dirt.

 We had a great week at the cottage with lots of relaxing and fun.
