Chesney's sleep over party

Chesney had her first sleep over party this past weekend to celebrate her 8th birthday.

 The girls all came over Friday late afternoon and instantly decided they were changing into pajamas and set up their sleeping bags.  Do they look excited?!?

 We had pizza for dinner.  As we were severing them food and drinks, I heard them all start to pray.  It stopped me in my tracks.  It so amazing to see so much good from such little people.

 After pizza Chesney opened her gifts and then we had dessert.  Chesney wanted a cookie cake and ice cream sundaes.

 

 

 

 The girls played for a little while and then we turned on a movie for them to watch. They watched it for at least 10 minutes before they were off playing again.

 

 

 

 These crazy girls were so busy telling stories that they didn't fall asleep until 11:45.  But it was pretty cute listening to their stories and giggles.

 

Saturday morning the girls went outside to play while we made a pancake and sausage breakfast. Then they played for a little bit before we took them home.

 

I think Chesney had a blast with her friends.  And we had fun watching them play.
