This was the last week of summer vacay, and a short one at that. Chesney returned to school on Wednesday but had half days her first 2 days and a full day Friday.
Daddy and Brecken put a golf hole in the back yard. Brecken is in love!
Mackston got a new bath seat and loves it.
Little poses while sleeping.
This little guy is so handsome!
A really bubbly bath.
The kids decided to make a fort out of twigs and leaves. It kept them entertained for hours.
Played a little hangman with Chesney.
Ellie got to visit the groomers for the first time. She was looking and smelling so good.
Read bedtime stories.
Sent Chesney off to kindergarten.
Brecken made a little mess with the kinetic sand.
Popsicles on a warm day.
Chesney's lunch box arrived, just in time for her first lunch at school.
A fun first lunch.
I took the boys to the park for some fun which ended up as playing in the sand for an hour.
Saturday we had to sign Chesney up for her tumbling class. The kids got to run around and play at the gym for a couple hours.
And then we went out for pizza.
Sunday we decided to take a trip to Rockford to do some shopping. Since the kids were so good, we took them to Build a Bear. This was the first time we had been there, and they both loved it.
They got to help make their animals and give them a bath. Chesney picked out a purple bear with light up ears/nose, and Brecken picked a puppy.
We ended the weekend with a walk which Mackston loves. Summer has come to an end, but there is still warm weather ahead and lots of time for fun.
