Summer Vacay Week 10

10 weeks into summer vacay and we are still doing the same things, park and swimming with lots of ice cream too.

 Mackston sat pool side, watching his toys, while we all swam one night.

 Brecken has been into playing diggers and tractors lately.  He loves to pick up and haul the lego blocks.

 

 

 Brecken tried to put his shorts on one night to go outside.  It turned out to be more of a skirt.

 These two are so excited to go to Disney in 2 months.

 

 We added a sandbox to the yard.  Brecken was so excited to help Daddy out.  Apparently underwear is the outfit of choice for this little builder.

 

 

 We interrupt this building project for a cookie break.

 

 3 cookies later...

 And he's back to work.

 Mackston was the project manager. 

 

Chesney somehow talked me into getting a snow cone machine.

 Chesney helped me organize the pantry.  It's looking much better!

 We did a little hippo pool swimming.

 And went to the park a few times.  This day was apparently neon day.

 Brecken insisted on pushing the shopping cart to the park.  I ended up carrying it back.  Shocking!

 

 Chesney got a little picnic basket at a rummage sale and carried that along.

 

 Day 2 of the sandbox project was the sand install. Brecken was ready to help again.

 

Of course there was a lot of play in the sandbox during the week.  And we had to get some new diggers for the sandbox.  Check out these smiles!

 

 We spend a lot of time outside in the summer.

 Mackston spends a lot of time sleeping.

 Zonked out with a cute diaper on.  We call him Mr. Fancy Pants for a reason!

 We went to visit a co-worker and her cute kiddos for some water play one day.

 Now don't be shocked, but we went to yet another park during the week.  We like to try them all.

 After the park, we went home to clean up and went to Chilis for lunch.

 

  And we ended the day with a dip in Grandma and Grandpa's hot tub.

 Chesney is such a helper with Mackston.

 And some Sunday water fountain fun after church.  They were just supposed to be filling it with water.  Somehow it ended with them both soaked. 

 These kids are such a blast.  We have a few more weeks of summer fun before school starts!
