Mackston {1 Week Old}

Mackston is one week old.  Although the week went fast, we have had so much fun.  Mac was born at the perfect time of the year...Chesney just finished school and has been able to be home with us.  Nothing beats having all my kiddos home to spend the day with. And we get to do this all summer...yay!!  Our days are full of playing while Mackston mainly sleeps.

Mackston is a very laid back little guy.  He's definitely the most easy going of all our kids (so far...he is only a week old after all). He spends the majority of the day sleeping but has periods where he is awake for about 2 hours at a time.  When he is awake, his little eyes are wide open, and he's trying to look around.

He is a very good sleeper at night as well.  He only wakes up once, usually around 2 am when he eats and goes back to sleep until morning.  The key with this little fella is that he likes to be warm.  We put him in a sleeper, swaddle sack and hat and it's lights out.

 

 Mackston, you are such a blessing.  We never could have imagined such an important piece of our family was missing!  You bring countless smiles to our faces daily. Your brother and sister think you're the best thing ever and are constantly taking to you, rubbing your head, giving your kisses and hugs and asking to hold you. Mackston, you are so loved little buddy!
